Bow In Oath:

“Sir/Ma’am, I shall practice in the Spirit of Taekwondo,

with Courtesy for fellow students,

Loyalty for my instructors,

and Respect for my juniors and seniors Sir/Ma’am!”

Bow Out Oath:

“Sir/Ma’am, I shall live with Perseverance in the Spirit of Taekwondo,

with Honor for others

Integrity within my heart

and Self-Control of my actions Sir/Ma’am!”

Tiger Oath: 

“I promise… to be a good person (with right hand supported)

With knowledge in the mind, (pointing to head) 

Honesty in the heart, (hand over heart) 

Strength in the body, (making a muscle with each arm) 

To make good friends, (handshake with right hand supported)

And to become a black belt!” (pull on both sides of belt)
